Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days, $12.00. 
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days, $15.00.
  • Overnight Shipping (Sydney Only): 1-2 business days, $20.00.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping:

  • Currently not available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Not applicable to domestic orders within Australia.

Damages:

  • At Coffee Analytica, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders, we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please reach out to the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Additionally, we encourage you to contact our support team as soon as possible so we can assist you in navigating the claims process and provide any necessary documentation.
  • To expedite your claim, please retain all packaging materials and the damaged items as evidence. We understand how frustrating this experience can be, and while we are not directly responsible for damages caused by the carrier, we will do everything within our capacity to ensure your satisfaction and to help resolve the issue promptly.
  • Your happiness is our priority, and we will make every effort to support you through this process.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Coffee Analytica is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
